Fair Community Credit Solutions LLC was formed in 2025 by Nate, the Fair Banking Nerd, so he could focus all his attention on the work he loves most and help financial institutions avoid costly fair banking mistakes.
Professional Journey
Nate spent 11 years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), advancing to the position of Senior Compliance Examiner.
During his tenure, he also served for three years on a regional Fair Lending Knowledge Management Team, where he acted as a subject matter expert supporting other examiners and contributed to the testing and enhancement of internal fair lending tools.
Consulting & Regulatory Background
He has also worked at a large financial institution for a year and as a senior consultant in another consulting firm for over 4.5 years.
While working as a consultant, he also returned to complete his MBA, achieving an ETS exit exam score well into the top 1 percent of all nationwide MBA graduates.
His score is considered an elite-level score, demonstrating exceptional mastery of MBA core disciplines including accounting, economics, management, quantitative analysis, finance, marketing, and strategic integration.
